• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that displays aggressive behaviour or poses a risk to our staff or other animals
• In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately but may need to seek veterinary care for your pet

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Liability

While we exercise reasonable care in providing our services, we shall not be liable for:

• Normal wear and tear to grooming equipment caused by your pet
